Catherine Dawson is the Legal Counsel at AffiniPay, bringing 20+ years representing technology companies both in major law firms and in-house. She joined the company in 2022 and brings extensive experience advising SaaS companies, providing legal support to C-Suite and Board of Directors, managing legal departments and outside counsel, and operationalizing legal compliance requirements into software products negotiating M&A transactions.

Steven serves on the executive leadership team as Chief Sales Officer for AffinPay. Steven is a proven revenue & strategy operator, mentor to business leaders & sales professionals and a longtime SaaS evangelist. A proven sales leader with experience in building revenue, value, and client impact. Steven has led strategic efforts in the legal tech industry and across global SaaS markets. Steven previously was with Clio as senior vice president of global sales and led large sales team at salesforce.com serving as Area Vice President. Steven earned his BSc in International Business and Computer Science from the University of Toronto-New College.
